Foster Parent Representation
Fostering Children
Leta Brandes Law, LLC. values foster parents who are fostering children because they want to provide a safe haven for abused and neglected children, which cannot be placed safely with family.
Foster parents have the opportunity to help the children heal and obtain the services necessary for the children to maximize their potential. A loving and nurturing environment will help the children to thrive and blossom.
Foster parents may intervene in a dependency and neglect case as a matter of right if they have been the primary caretakers of the children for at least three months.
Foster parents can often provide important information regarding the children to the court, which may assist with the court with making decisions in the best interests of the minor children.
